Ryann’s Story

Hey, friend—I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m a speaker, educator, and creative consultant with 10+ years in the education field— from leading in college admissions and career counseling to founding Brainery Tree Educational Consulting. I’ve spoken for organizations including Palm Health Foundation’s Train the Brain campaign and the Strong Women’s Summit, taught leadership classes for girls, and supported families through social-emotional learning and Conscious Discipline practices (parenting, am I right?!).

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Childhood Development from Florida State University, and my Gallup Clifton Strengths — Input, Intellect, Adaptability, Futuristic, and Ideation — reflect my love of deep thinking, storytelling, and creative visioning.

For years, I did everything “right.” A career in education, a solid 40-hour workweek, a steady path that looked fine on paper — but inside, something kept whispering is this all there is to life?

After more than a decade guiding students, building programs, and mentoring others, I realized I’d lost touch with the same curiosity and aliveness I encouraged in everyone else. I was successful, but not fulfilled — a teacher who’d forgotten her own lesson.

During the beautiful chaos of having my third baby on my hip, I launched the Raising Wild Hearts Podcast — not as a business plan, but as a lifeline. It began as a podcast, born out of a need for conversation, learning, and connection — a place where psychology meets soul, and where happiness isn’t a reward but a foundation.

What started as ‘getting in recordings whenever I could’, turned into a top 5% globally ranked show and a growing community of women choosing to live and lead with more love, courage, and confidence.

Today, through my podcast, workshops, and classes, I help women learn what I learned the slow way: that joy is not something we earn — it’s something we remember and we don’t have to sacrifice our dreams. Even when life gets busy, our soul still needs tending to and our path to purpose deserves to be walked… Even if it’s the path less traveled.
